Settings =&gt; Emails<\/strong> section and find new email type &#8220;<strong>Cancelled order [Customer]<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Click on it and you could configure email options (Subject, Heading, Body) for your\u00a0needs.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to do if an email is not sent to the Customer<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Please install plugin <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/log-emails\/\">Log Emails<\/a>, activate and go to the Tools =&gt; Emails Log.<\/p>\n<p>After open any test order, set its status to\u00a0<strong>Processing<\/strong> or <strong>On-hold<\/strong>, save and then change to <strong>Cancelled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Refresh\u00a0<strong>Emails Log<\/strong> page and verify\u00a0is\u00a0the email was sent.<\/p>\n<p>If yes &#8211;
